Known Scenes/Locations in the Movie which are in the Book

Ok folks... need help with this one... So much news to cull through to figure this stuff out.
As you guys bring them to light, I'll add them here for quick reference. So far, here's what I've got:

LOCATIONS

New York: Civil War era. Possibly large mansions and estates, maybe an archeological site in Orkney?

Arizona: Civil War era. Apaches, Caves, "Frontier Town(s)", Army folks

Martian Tundra: Deserts, Rocks, Mountains, an archeological site here as well? And apparently, WHITE APES!!!

City of Helium: Architecture similiar in style maybe to 17-19th century on Earth?

City of Zodanga: Likely, the Palace Hall where they were forcing the wedding of Dejah to Sab Than was to take place

SCENES

John Carter is chased into a cave (apparently not by Apaches) where he is teleported to Mars
Lots of Helium fighters fighting Tharks
Dejah being forced to Marry Sab Than (quote from the book: "The object of the ceremony was clear to me; in another moment Dejah Thoris would be joined forever to the Prince of Zodanga. It was an impressive and beautiful ceremony.")

Could the wedding in Zodanga be the filming C. Hinds talked about with 400 extras in beautiful costums, although he did say it was in a terrestrial palace, but could be retouched to something more Barsoomian.

Well, if Hinds was in the shooting it wouldn't be the Zodanga wedding. I assume he was from the way the interview read.

My friend, you are a hero around here. We have been so starved for any news this stuff is an extremely refreshing treat. I can't thank you enough... any idea when they'll be releasing any "official" info from the set? We've had rumors that a television crew was following people around at Longcross on the last day of filming. We were thinking maybe it was for a set report from the BBC or SkyOne.... any ideas?
